Scope
This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by me in my business and to all personal data processed by companies commissioned by me (processors).

Storage Duration
The general criterion is that I only store personal data for as long as is absolutely necessary for the provision of my services and products. This means that I delete personal data as soon as the reason for data processing no longer exists.
Communication
If you contact me and communicate by phone, email, or online form, personal data may be processed.
The data is processed for handling and processing your inquiry and the related business transaction. The data is stored for as long as necessary to answer your inquiry or as long as I am legally required to do so.
Contact Form
If you send me inquiries via my contact form, the information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Storage Duration: Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection, but no later than 3 years.
Web Hosting
My website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Each time you visit my website, information is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of server request
This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of my website).
Web Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics about my website. This service is particularly privacy-friendly:
- No Cookies: No cookies are stored on your device
- No Personal Data: No personal data is collected or stored
- No Fingerprinting: No browser or device fingerprinting takes place
- No Sharing: Data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes
The collected data includes only aggregated, anonymous information such as page views, visitor numbers, and countries of origin. Identification of individual visitors is not possible.
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in analyzing website usage to improve my offering.
